Unity Diner has been in East London since 2018, when a group of friends joined in on the mission to make a positive difference in the world. One of the important points for them is to use different plant-based ingredients to change the perception around vegan food. And this is reflected directly in the quality and taste of the food, I can guarantee it!
In addition to investing in this change that results in a smaller impact on the world through the policy of less waste (plastic free), it also focuses on animal protection. The restaurant is a non-profit organisation, its income goes directly back to the Surge organisation.
If all this is not yet enough reason to convince you to taste this place, then the food is should be more than enough – it’s delicious.
A varied menu full of starters and appetizers such as mozzarella sticks, hash brown fries, tempura prawnz. In addition to the very appetizing salads I have to highlight the hamburgers and hot dogs. If you want an English revisited classic, don’t miss the chance to try the tofish and chips.
The menu expands for desserts and cocktails – Unity Diner has also heavily invested in creating tasty drinks for a complete experience.
Whether or not vegan / vegetarian it is very important to support establishments that care about and invest in a better world.
The restaurant is pet friendly and even has vegan treats for your pet.
There’s no reason why not to try Unity Diner this week.
London is full of great options and Unity Diner was on my list. Hope in yours too!
